| I forgot my password. How do I login? |
The Bluefin Gateway manages passwords in a very secure manner. When your login is first setup, you are asked to provide an email address. This email address is the key to gaining access to your account.
Here is the process for FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS:
1) Visit one of the following login pages:
- MERCHANTS: https://secure.bluefingateway.com/merchant/
- AGENTS: https://secure.bluefingateway.com/agent/
NOTE: (you must login at the appropriate site - AGENT or MERCHANT)
2) Enter your Account name or account number in the field labeled "ACCOUNT" (e.g., My Webstore or 109902345699 -- use either the account name or number in this field, both will work)
3) Enter your Login name in the field labeled "LOGIN"
4) Leave password field blank.
5) Press the LOGIN button below
6) You will notice that the screen backs with this link: "forgot your password?"
7) Click this link to have a NEW password emailed to the email address associated with your login.
8) It may be easier to copy and paste the password in from the email. Remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive
If your email address has changed or is no longer working, you will need to contact your administrator or your agent to create a new login. Once an email is no longer valid, the account will have to be deleted and recreated.
